Therapists at this spa were all performing the treatments in the menu differently, and although the quality of the treatments was good, the techniques were so varied that clients never knew exactly what to expect from their visit.
Our Solution: Development of Treatment Protocols and Manual
In cooperation with the therapists and management, we created a treatment protocol for every service on the menu which standardized the basic techniques, supplies, products, and steps
used. This was a relief to therapists to know that their methods would be what was expected. It also helped to train new additions to the therapy staff, facilitated education of the front desk and support staff, and ensured a consistent level of excellence for every client.
